Stop Auto-Renewal Charges In Google Play

From your Android device

• Open the Google Play Store
• Select the Betternet app
• In the subscription section, tap CANCEL
• Tap YES to confirm the cancellation

On a computer

• Go to play.google.com
• From the left menu click My Subscriptions
• Select Betternet 
• Tap Cancel subscription
• Follow the onscreen instructions

If you cannot cancel your Premium Subscription in Google Play, or you just need some technical assistance, please contact our Help Center with your GPA order number and Google Play email address so that we can cancel for you.
