- You are connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or mobile data network and can access the Internet
- You are signed in to your Premium account
To Troubleshoot this issue:
- Click the button to start the connection
- Try selecting a different Virtual Location to see if this issue is with one specific Virtual Location or all of them
- Disconnect Hotspot Shield for few seconds then reconnect (This will allow the app to look for the best server to help you connect)
If you are still having issues connecting to a specific Virtual Location while signed in and able to connect to other ones, please notify our support team.
