Before troubleshooting, please make sure:
- You are connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or LAN
- A 3rd party app is not interfering with Internet Settings 'For example, a firewall with strict settings, or another VPN application or antiviruses such as Kaspersky or Avast.'
- Switch WiFi ON and OFF
Changing protocols
- With Betternet open click on the settings icon top right.
- Select VPN protocol
- Try different protocols to test the connection. Repeat steps 1-2 if needed.
Reinstall Betternet

- Reinstall Betternet
- Connect to a different network (for example, if you were connected to Wi-Fi, try connecting to LAN or another Wi-Fi)
- Open Betternet > Get Connected
