- Tap the three-bar icon located at the top left of the Betternet application.
- Tap Contact Us.
- Tap Something Else.
- Provide us with the email address you used to purchase the Premium subscription and tap Send.
Once you have sent your request, our Support Team will get back to you with an estimated time of 24 hours.
